Business accounts are part of the business world and we welcome all new and potential customers, large or small, we need to control and protect our cash flow. For that reason we would require any volume and bulk orders to be paid pro forma until both ourselves and yourselves have built up an established record.

Within that framework, we may offer payment terms subject to an upfront percentage payment to cover our initial costs, and are happy to discuss build discounts on large volume orders.

If agreed payment terms are offered to you, all invoice payments are to be strictly 30 days end of month from invoice if credit arrangement is agreed in writing. No extended payment terms are available. If late payment occurs beyond those agreed terms, a late payment fee may be applied as per the late commercial payment guidelines detailed on the Government website.

In the near future, we will be able to offer credit facilities and will be using one of the UK’s credit reference agencies, to access this facility, you must be a UK registered company or entity. At this stage, we can offer the options of ordering via purchase order number or company credit or payment card. We will make public when this option becomes available.

Sample Products:

If you require sight of a sample product complete with either printed or embroidered finish, we can offer this service.

Remember though that sample products and finish also have a cost to ourselves, nothing is ever free, so dependent on the type of product and finish required, there will generally be a set up charge of product and finish (either print or embroidery) and delivery cost.

Please call us to ask for your desired product first, and once your happy with the supplied sample garment and choice of finish, any set up cost will be credited off your final invoice.
